Activate your account yourself
Pay your bill by following just a few simple steps.
a. Open any web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge etc).
b. In the address bar, type: https://resnet.ctgcantt.com/
a. Navigate to the Login Menu.
b. Enter your Username and Password.
i. Example: User: BA-0000/BSS-0000/JSS-0000/BJO-0000/0000000(Snk No)/CS-0000
i. Click Register.
ii. Fill in the required fields.
iii. After your successful registration, login to your account.
a. Go to Buy Package / Order Package.
b. Select your desired internet package.
c. Complete your purchase securely on the online payment gateway.
a. After payment, go to My Packages / Activation Pack.
b. Confirm your purchased package is activated.
Using a Laptop (Web UI)
a. Plug the Internet cable (from ISP) into the router WAN (blue) port.
b. Connect your laptop to any LAN port on the router with an Ethernet cable (recommended) or connect to the router Wi-Fi.
c. Open web UI (Example with TP Link)
d. In a browser go to http://tplinkwifi.net or http://192.168.0.1 (or 192.168.1.1 depending on router model).
e. If that fails, open Command Prompt on your laptop and run ipconfig. Find the Default Gateway and open that IP in the browser.
f. Log in
g. Enter the admin username and password. (Default on many TP-Link router: admin / admin. If it was changed and you don't know it, a factory reset will restore defaults.)
a. If the Quick Setup wizard appears: click "Next" until it asks for Internet/WAN connection type.
b. Select PPPoE.
c. Enter PPPoE Username and Password (exactly as provided by us).
d. Connection Mode: Connect Automatically / Keep Alive.
e. Click "Save" -> "Next" -> "Apply" and wait for the router to connect.
a. Go to Advanced (if your UI shows Basic/Advanced).
b. Open Network -> Internet or Network -> WAN (menu name varies by firmware).
c. Under WAN / Connection Type choose PPPoE.
d. Enter Username and Password.
e. Click "Save" -> "Apply".
a. Open your laptop and connect it to your router/modem with a LAN cable.
b. Click "Start Menu" -> "Settings" -> "Network & Internet".
c. Select "Dial-up" -> Set up a new connection.
d. Choose "Connect to the Internet" -> Click "Next".
e. Select "Broadband" (PPPoE).
f. Enter the PPPoE Username & Password provided (same as in your customer portal).
g. Check Remember Password (optional).
h. Click "Connect".
